Production area

The Maso Romani vineyards, located in the area around Volano in Vallagarina.

Vinification

After selective harvesting by hand and de-stemming of the grapes, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel containers. The wine is then racked firstly into stainless steel tanks and then into oak barrels until ready for bottling.

Description

Ruby red colour with violet hues; typically almond nose reminiscent of violets; full and pleasant on the palate, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Matching with food

Vegetable soups, roast white meats, hams and salamis.
