Sauvignon Blanc
Originally from the Loire Valley and from the region of Bordeaux, Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most popular white grape varieties internationally. Cultivated in Italy for over two centuries, it arrived in Trentino over a hundred years ago, building on the fame of the great white wines from beyond the Alps.The bunch is cylindrical and compact, winged with green-yellow grapes. In the Trentino region, it produces fine, savoury wines, characterised by an elegant and recognisable aromatic profile, the intensity of which varies depending on the production area.
