ZEVERI Müller Thurgau
"Müller Thurgau is a grape variety of Germanic origin created in 1882 by the Swiss biologist Hermann Müller of the Canton of Thurgau through a cross between Riesling Rhein and Madeleine Royale. In Trentino it finds a particularly suitable habitat, where the marked temperature variations promote the development of intense aromas and lively freshness. Zeveri is one of the most distinctive expressions of our wine-making tradition and its name pays homage to the typical wooden vats (in dialect, Zeveri) used to transport the grapes to the cellar after the harvest. In the glass we find intense, fruity, floral and spicy aromas, with a pleasant freshness and long persistence."
