CONZAL Nosiola
The only native white grape variety in Trentino, Nosiola has been cultivated for centuries in historically suitable areas such as the Valle dei Laghi. Its name recalls the hazelnut colour of the shoots and the delicate aromatic nuances that characterise the wines produced from it. A demanding vine, it prefers ventilated hills and soils poor in grey marl. The dialect name Conzàl means vat, the wooden container used during the harvest to carry the grapes on the shoulders from the impervious mountain vineyards. In the glass it is pleasantly perfumed, with a fruity floral imprint, with a pleasant freshness.

Organoleptic characteristics
Pale straw yellow colour with light greenish hues. Pleasant floral aroma of white flowers and fruity notes reminiscent of apricot and green apple. Dry, pleasantly fresh flavour, with good sapidity.
Pairings
Ideal with light starter dishes, salads and non-smoked cured meats; recommended with fish dishes.
