Organoleptic characteristics
Pale straw colour with evident greenish hues. Delicate, slightly aromatic aroma with spicy notes of sage and floral elderberry, and a pleasant citrus background of lime and cedar. Dry, pleasantly fresh flavour, with excellent character.
Pairings
Vegetable soups, vegetable risottos. Excellent with fish and shellfish dishes.
Production area
High hillsides or even mountainsides in Valle di Cavedine and the Brentonico plateau, over 400 meters above the sea level.
