MÜLLER THURGAU CUVÉE SPECIALE

Müller Thurgau is a grape variety of Germanic origin, obtained in 1882 by the Swiss biologist Hermann Müller of the Canton of Thurgau from a cross between Rhine Riesling and Madeleine Royale. In Trentino, it finds particularly favourable conditions thanks to the cool climate and marked temperature variations, which preserve aroma, acidity and expressive finesse. Alongside traditional white wine-making, these characteristics also make it a variety that is particularly suited to sparkling wine production, capable of producing fragrant, elegant and very fresh wines. The grapes for this sparkling wine are grown up to 800m above sea level, giving it delicately aromatic aromas and notable character.
