Organoleptic characteristics
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Pleasant aroma, with a markedly floral tone and notes of yellow-fleshed fruit such as apple and peach. In the mouth it is dry and pleasantly fresh.
Pairings
Sea fish, hot and cold starters, slightly spicy dishes with white meat.
Production area
From Roveré della Luna along the whole stretch of the River Adige as far as the Vallagarina and Valle dei Laghi.
