Organoleptic characteristics
Bright and vivid ruby red colour with purple hues. Clean, decidedly fruity aroma, with notes of cherry jam and a distinct hint of violet. Dry, pleasantly balanced flavour with a bitter after-taste typical of the variety.
Pairings
Flavoursome starters, mushroom sauces, roast white meats, grilled fillet.
Production area
Basalt hills around Isera, but also in other areas in the Vallagarina, such as Mori, Volano e Nomi.
