CAVIT RECOGNISED AS ITALY’S LEADING WINE COOPERATIVE: BOTTEGA VINAI LAGREIN AWARDED “BEST RED WINE – ITALY” AND RULENDIS PINOT GRIGIO RANKED AMONG THE TOP THREE “WHITE WINES – ITALY”

Cavit has been recognised as Italy’s leading wine cooperative by the German trade publication Weinwirtschaft.

Cavit ranks first in the Italian standings of the CO-OP Contest 2026, the publication’s annual ranking dedicated to wine cooperatives. The ranking is based on a comprehensive assessment combining the scores awarded to wines during tastings with distribution strength and commercial performance. Cavit takes 1st place in the “Top 10 Italien”.

Weinwirtschaft has also recognised two of Cavit’s wines: Bottega Vinai Lagrein Trentino DOC 2023, awarded “Best Red Wine Italy” – achieving the highest score in its category – and Rulendis Pinot Grigio Trentino Superiore DOC 2023, ranked among the Top 3 “White Wines Italy”.
