Bottega vinai
Pinot Noir
Of ancient origins and already cultivated in Roman times, Pinot Nero has its roots in Burgundy and is the progenitor of the Pinot family. Considered one of the noblest and most delicate grape varieties, it requires cool climates, good ventilation, and particularly suitable soils to best express its character. In Trentino, especially in the hilly areas, it finds conditions very similar to those of Burgundy, creating elegant, fine and well-balanced wines. This wine, which ages in wood after a brief period in stainless steel, presents very pronounced aromas of red fruits, with hints of almond and vanilla notes. It becomes noticeably more refined over time.
