BOTTEGA VINAI Nosiola

Nosiola is the only native white grape variety in Trentino, cultivated for centuries in suitable areas such as the Valle dei Laghi. Its name recalls the hazelnut colour of the shoots and the delicate aromatic nuances of the wines that come from them. A demanding vine, it prefers ventilated hills and soils poor in grey marl. In the Valle dei Laghi, where it is grown, the marked temperature variations between day and night favour the freshness and aromaticity of its grapes. The result is a pleasantly dry wine with fruity and floral notes.
