Bottega vinai
Schiava gentile
Schiava gentile is a native variety of the Trentino-Alto Adige region, where it has been cultivated since time immemorial and mentioned as early as the 14th century, precisely because since then it was "slaved" (tied) to a dead support (pole), unlike the habit of letting the vine grow climbing on a living support (shrub), in use since ancient times. This rosé wine has a fragrant, fruity aroma, enhanced by the ageing in stainless steel.
