Bottega vinai
Sauvignon Blanc
Originating from the Bordeaux region, Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most widespread white grape varieties in the world. Cultivated in Italy for over two hundred years, it arrived in Trentino more than a hundred years ago. Here it creates fine and savoury wines, characterised by an elegant and recognisable aromatic profile. Its aromatic notes, such as elderberry and grapefruit, are enhanced by 12 hours of maceration with the skins. Furthermore, fermentation and ageing in steel maintain the pleasantly fresh note intrinsic to the grape.
