Bottega vinai
Müller Thurgau
Müller Thurgau is a grape variety of Germanic origin created in 1882 by the Swiss biologist Hermann Müller of the Canton of Thurgau through a cross between Riesling Rhein and Madeleine Royale. It prefers temperate-cold climates and finds the Alpine valleys of Trentino a particularly suitable habitat. The grapes, grown in vineyards selected for their vocation and altitude, are vinified and aged "sur lies" exclusively in stainless steel. The result is a rich, aromatic, elegant wine.

Straw yellow colour with bright greenish reflections. Complex aroma, with distinctly aromatic notes reminiscent of cedar and bergamot and more delicate notes of elderflower and acacia. The spicy notes of sage and laurel are perceptible, but more nuanced. On the palate it is rich and fruity, pleasantly fresh and very well balanced.
