Casolet e pere (casolet and pears)

Ingredients

  • 300 g Casolèt cheese
  • 2 pears
  • 1 dried fig
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 lemon
  • salt.

Preparation

Put the fig, walnut oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt in the blender and blend until you get a sauce. Cut the Casolèt cheese and the pears into largish cubes and serve with the sauce.
